CaPSURE^TM is a longitudinal clinical study of prostate cancer patients designed to produce one of the most comprehensive databases available about the disease. Managed by the Department of Urology at the University of California San Francisco, the program routinely sends 28-page questionnaires to thousands of cancer patients and their physicians. Obviously, the amount of data generated is significant and needs to be tracked carefully to meet the goals of the study.

The questionnaire form is an important part of the clinical study, and Metroform's ability to support this high-tech clinical study is a vital element of this. The forms must be easy to fill out, easy to scan, and able to be tracked by respondent.
